Located just a splash from Niagara Falls on the bank of the mighty Niagara River, The Silo Restaurant operates inside an architectural wonder: a repurposed, mighty, historic coal silo. We're serving up delicious, famous food that’s celebrated locally and around the world!

Our menu is made up of American classics, creative gourmet sandwiches and salads, and award-winning burgers made from only the finest, freshest American beef. Certified lean, grass-fed and free from steroids and hormones, it's beef the way nature intended – and the proof is in the flavor. We source only the best available ingredients, which are delivered fresh daily from local farms and trusted partners.

Good food takes time, so expect to sit and enjoy the beauty of the Niagara River for a few minutes as your food is prepared to order – just the way you want.

Try our " Haystack Sandwich," which was featured on television’s “Man Vs. Food.” Or, if you’re up for a challenge, grab a shovel and try a "Sand Dock Sundae" That's 10 scoops of your favorite ice cream, crushed Oreos, fudge, gummy worms and more served inside a sand pail bucket with an actual shovel for a spoon. If you finish it, you'll earn a souvenir Silo T-shirt – as well as bragging rights!

Dessert is off the rails at "The Caboose,” an actual 19th century train car. It's “all aboard” for over 40 flavors, and new sundaes and milkshakes served each week. History never tasted so good!

We've got menu options for everyone, so you can dine with your friends and family members regardless of allergies or dietary restrictions. Vegans, vegetarians and gluten-free friends – we've got you covered! The Silo is wheelchair-accessible, stroller friendly and even has a pet-friendly picnic area. This means no one has to stay home this summer.
